    In the first sentence much of the implied information can be eliminated. It is like using unnecessary それは and あなた。 That also eliminates many of the commas.

    In the second sentence, the passive voice is better. In this instance, active voice comes across as なさい, and it is a little too forceful or commanding.

    Best Answer:  You're close, but what you're showing is more like a memo. A business letter would begin with the date (skip 2 lines), your name, and complete address in the upper right hand corner. Today people include their phone number and Email address. You'll skip down 3 lines and enter the name of the person, the company, and the company's complete address. Skip 3 more line and enter your salutation. It will look like this:

    Itsme@ .com


    Mr. Bob Smith
    Social Security Administration

    Best Answer:  It's extremely good. You say everything you need to in a few sentences. I would want to hire a person who sent me a letter like this.

    I have four very small suggestions:

    1) In your address, do you mean St. instead of S.T.?
    2) Put June 30 in parentheses in the first sentence.
    3) Change veterinarian medicine to veterinary medicine.
    4) Put a comma after summer in the next to last sentence.

    Additionally, please discuss academic fraud and how important it is to guard against plagiarism and cheating; both of which will result in expulsion from reputable institutes of higher learning.     The idea is to write to companies to sponsor me for an expensive trip next year. First of all, is this a good idea? Anyway, here's is the letter. Thank you ahead of time My name is Nickolas Urzua and I am a 13 year old student at Castle Dome Middle School. This 8th grade year, I am presented with the opportunity to attend a field trip to visit Washington D.C, Philadelphia, and New York. This field trips is available to all 8th graders thanks to School Tours of America. This field trip will introduce me to many great historical places and things that would influence me greatly. This trip will inform me on the major events happening in American History, for instance, Capitol Hill, Ellis Island, , the Arlington National Cemetery, and the Statue of Liberty Going here would also build leadership skills as well as self esteem, important aspects in life. I maintained a steady 4.0 GPA all year, and have been very motivated to learn more about our great country. Unfortunately, there is a fee to be paid to experience all the joys they offer, which is $1700, due March 3, 2009. . Currently, I am organizing other ways to raise money for this trip such as selling various items and doing different jobs. I was hoping you would assist me in covering a portion of this cost.     Best Answer:  You do have a few typos - make sure you have someone proofread before you mail anything off.

    The letter is okay but it could be better if you found a way to grab the reader's attention. I'd start with the first sentence even - you want to get them reading and you want to get them interested in who you are.

    Why is this trip so important to you? What do you specifically plan to get out of it? Why would it help you now and in the future? You say it will influence you - give specifics. You mentioned leadership skills - are you currently active at your school? How?

    You mention at the end you plan on doing some things to raise money. Have you done anything yet? Can you show someone what you are planning and what progress you have made? Show them you are committed and this is a priority. Who knows how many letters they get similar to yours? Make yours stick out somehow.

    I wish I had specific suggestions, but my brain isn't working too well at this time. You might check online for stories of kids that have raised money - recently I remember seeing something about a guy raising money for his college in New York. I can't remember what his hook was however, but he was/is successful. Most people don't want to give something for nothing. What could you do for potential sponsors? Keep a journal with pics and provide it after? Could be good PR for them.

    I'm not saying it's horrible, just that if your letter is one of many asking for money, find a way to make yours top of the pile. Good luck!

    Unlaw Detain of Business on june 10, 2009 items still in my commercial property what do I do?

    Sheriffs Evicted business and owner on Jun 10, 2009 (unlawful detainer in CA, won default judgement) They have left all their property in my commercial business place and its now october 11, 2009. Its been 124 days! I need to get ride of the costumes! CA eviction letter says 15-18 days but its been 124 days. I have stored all these costumes left in my building for that long. I am losing $2000 a month in rent! When is it considered abandonment? Wrote many letter and no one knows where she went? Im loosing $$ HELP PLEASE!

    Best Answer:  When you got the judgment and the letter that stated how long they had to vacate, you should have taken their things and either stored them, or gotten rid of them. You are losing money only because *you* have not done anything. 124 days and you writing many letters is more than enough warning to get their things out. Any civil court judge would see it the same way.

    If you want to rent a small storage unit for one month to put their things in (just to be nice) you can do that. Write them another letter explaining what you have done, and that after 30 days, you will not be paying the storage fee and that the stuff will be auctioned off and become property of the storage place. Keep copies of all correspondence in case this knucklehead comes back 6 mos later whining because you didn't keep his things as he left them. He has in essence abandoned his property.
